How do you figure you have a nice income

Your twice the size of inactive farms, and you have most of those trained as spies!
So people don't join him if you want good income, only if you want too.

i have about a 100mil income im sitl new to how Q works jeez cut me some slack.

for comparisons, inactives have about 40-60mil income

and the boards have been slow lately we need someone to pick on.

again mate, PM accounts that are in alliances that don't have commanders or accounts that are new, low army size and newish account ID's are usually helpful in identifying potential officers

You'll find PM's are more effective as ppl that are active on this forum usually have their $hit together and won't need a commander.
