Your covert didn't change in relation to other people's just in relation to other stats....its a readjustment to make the alliance power rankings more sensible again presumably....

Weapon cost got increased by 10x, but they only give 2x more strike/defense

MY covert and income are all screwed up. Worst of all when i set to higherest alrert my income went up lol.

I believe that's bugged. Attack and defense planets somehow got doubled as well.
